Nutritional information for the for autonomic nervous system

When we discuss the autonomic nervous system it might be understood more accurately if we were to call it the "automatic" system. Automatic, in the sense that it controls the involuntary activities of our bodies, the activities that we are not consciously aware of. In other words, digestion, nerve reflexes, assimilation or any other function that continues whether we are asleep or awake. The nervous system is composed of two branches, the sympathetic and parasympathetic, where are in control of the glandular or endocrine system of which there are two opposing groups. The sympathetic branch and the group it controls forms what we call the "speed up" endocrine while the "slowup" group of endocrines form what is called the parasympathetic group. Health is maintained when the pull between these two antagonistic groups is equal creating a stable balance. The glands which make up the sympathetic branch of the nervous system are the Thyroid, Adrenal Medulla and Pituitary. The parasympathetic branch is composed of Adrenal cortex, Pancreas, Pituitary, and Parathyroid.

Correct nutrition is the primary and fundamental choice for any health disorder which is actually deficiency disorders. In cases in which is actually deficiency disorders. In cases in which the disorder is of long standing it is possible to aid and support the individual nutritionally by boosting the work of the glands through the use of special endocrine formulas. This method is to support any deficient glands by adding to the biochemistry those glandular nutrients that are deficient in the amounts in which they are deficient. However, we can avoid disaster and help prevent further deterioration by a change of diet, similar to that which our ancestors consumed, to meet our biochemical needs. The diet should be free of any harmful products. and it must contain all elements necessary to good health. Avoid sugar and all "so called" foods that contain any form of sugar, (honey, molasses, maple syrup), coffee, tea, alcohol, white flour, pasteurized and homogenized dairy products, juices , synthetic vitamins, chemicals and preservatives. The diet should consist of fresh fruits, vegetables, roots, tubers, nuts and seeds, grains, animal and vegetable proteins. If these rules are obeyed, health can be attained and maintained.

For many, a change of diet will not be enough to swing the body back to balance. For those people a nutritional supplement will be necessary to support the glandular system.

sympathetic Dominance (high phosphorus) predisposes to infections, cardiovascular conditions, acute arthritis, diabetes, gall bladder trouble, a fast metabolism, hyperadrenia, hypertension, nervousness, hyperthyroid, anxiety, calcium loss (excess free calcium) resulting in osteoporosis.

In these conditions a high phosphorus level exists with overactivity of the adrenal medulla, thyroid, and pituitary.

In general the rule is to use glandular concentrates from the opposing parasympathetic glands combines with a complex of alkalinizing minerals.

The following ingredients meets the requirement necessary to suppress the over functioning sympathetic glands and boost the activity of the under functioning parasympathetic glands while creating a balance between the two.

Raw pituitary (Freeze Dried)

Raw Pancreas (Freeze Dried)

Raw Adrenal Cortex

Raw placenta

Raw Liver

Raw thymus

Iodine

Calcium Lactate

Calcium Aspartate

Magnesium Aspartate

Magnesium Citrate

Potassium Citrate

Vitamin D

Parasympathetic dominance (High Calcium).

Here we have an excess of calcium and therefore conditions associated with calcium deposits - Hardening of the arteries, chronic arthritis, cataracts, tartar on teeth. The parasympathetic has a slow metabolism, therefore has low energy levels and fatigue, gains weight easily because of thyroid insufficiency, osteoporosis, and commonly has low blood sugar with low blood pressure.

The following formula meets the requirements to nutritionally support the parasympathetic dominant.

FOR THE SLOW METABOLIZER

Raw Pituitary (Freeze Dried)

Raw Thyroid (freeze Dried)

Anterior Pituitary

Raw Thymus (Freeze dried)

Raw Adrenal (Freeze Dried)

Calcium Phosphate

Calcium Chloride

Ammonium Chloride

Calcium Aspartate

Glutamic Acid HCL

Betain HCL
